Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle core accounting functions including
invoice processing, provisioning, fixed asset management, tax compliance, and reconciliations. The role
involves ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, adherence to accounting standards, and timely statutory
filings within a fast-paced NBFC/financial services setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record vendor invoices accurately in the ERP system and verify supporting documents such as
purchase orders, agreements, and approvals before posting.
• Ensure correct cost centre and GL code mapping as per accounting policies, coordinating with internal
teams for clarifications and approvals.
• Prepare and record monthly expense provisions, ensure timely reversal and rebooking, and maintain
detailed audit working files.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) by recording capital asset purchases, computing depreciation
as per statutory norms, and managing capitalization or retirement entries.
• Coordinate physical verification of assets and ensure compliance with Companies Act and Income Tax
Act requirements.
• Compute TDS on vendor payments, file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q/26Q), ensure timely payment
and reconciliation with Form 26AS, and handle vendor queries.
• Identify and record prepaid expenses, prepare amortization schedules, and maintain monthly
reconciliations and documentation.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of purchase input GST with GSTR-2B, identify mismatches, and
coordinate with vendors for necessary corrections.
• Support in GST return filing, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance for audit purposes.
• Prepare and upload Form 15CA for foreign remittances, coordinate with CA for Form 15CB
certification, and maintain all related approvals and records.
What We’re Looking For:
• B. Com/ M. Com/ Inter CA or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an NBFC or financial services
organization
