Description

We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market and hands-on experience in Premium Booking and Endorsement Processing. The candidate will be responsible for accurate premium processing, interpreting insurance documentation, and supporting team knowledge calibration and audit activities.

Responsibilities

- Process and book premiums accurately in line with Lloyd's market guidelines and company procedures.
- Review and interpret MRC (Market Reform Contract) documents and related insurance documentation.
- Handle endorsement booking and policy amendments with high accuracy.
- Understand and execute activities across the complete UK Insurance Lifecycle, including:
- New Business
- Endorsements
- Renewals
- Cancellations
- Premium Adjustments

- Ensure compliance with Lloyd's and London Market standards.
- Perform quality checks and assist in resolving processing discrepancies.
- Support audit requirements by providing documentation, explanations, and process clarifications.
- Assist team members with knowledge sharing, process training, and calibration sessions.




- Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting turnaround time targets.

- Strong understanding of the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market.
- Excellent MRC reading and interpretation skills.
- Hands-on experience in Premium Booking and Endorsement Processing.
- Valuable knowledge of UK Insurance market functions, mechanisms, and workflows.
- Understanding of the end-to-end insurance processing cycle.
- Familiarity with underwriting and policy documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Lloyd's Syndicate Operations, Premium Processing, or Insurance Back-office Operations will be preferred.
