Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise systems environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute within a dynamic team of IT professionals while supporting the technology needs of a global professional services organization.

Responsibilities

- Gain broad exposure to Hill’s enterprise systems and support ongoing system optimization initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation of new business applications, as well as enhancements and upgrades to existing systems.
- Provide application support, end-user training, and continuous process improvement across supported platforms.
- Develop ad hoc reports and perform data analysis for Deltek Vantagepoint Finance and CRM data.
- Develop ad hoc reports and perform data analysis for Human Resources data using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications BI Publisher.
- Provide reporting support for users of Hill’s Deltek Vantagepoint platform and other enterprise systems.
- Develop models and functional specifications for business intelligence solutions.
- Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders across Finance, Marketing,



Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Management.
- Provide Tier 3 support by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving user tickets submitted through ServiceNow.

Qualifications

- Experience with SQL, Visual Studio, SQL Server and Oracle databases, data services, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Qlik.
- Familiarity with ERP and cloud-based applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Vision CRM is preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial and human resources concepts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established guidance and processes.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new skills, technologies, and concepts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cooperative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client service.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field required
- Professional experience of 5+ years in a related field is a plus.
