About this Role

We are looking for someone who can become the operating system of the company. This is not a traditional PMO or chief of staff role. You will own execution across every department. You will build and own an AI-powered operating system with disciplined tracking of Zappsec’s delivery standard. Your mission is to ensure every company objective becomes defined work and every piece of work has an accountable owner.

Responsibilities

Company-Wide Execution

- Drive execution across Sales, Marketing, Technical Delivery, Partnerships, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Translate executive strategy into detailed execution plans with dates, owners, and dependencies.
- Build accountability systems that hold across the organization.
- Identify blockers before they become risks.
- Escalate issues early, and bring a proposed solution with each one.

AI OperationsDesign AI-driven workflows that:

- Convert meetings into assigned, dated tasks.
- Route work to the right owner automatically.
- Generate executive summaries without manual write-ups.
- Predict schedule risk before a deadline is missed.
- Recommend priorities and surface bottlenecks.
- Produce real-time executive dashboards.
- Automate recurring reporting end to end.





Monday.com OwnershipOwn the complete architecture of the Zappsec Monday.com environment. This includes:

- Portfolio management and resource planning.
- Sales CRM workflows and proposal tracking.
- Marketing campaign execution.
- Technical delivery boards.
- Hiring pipeline.
- Executive dashboards.
- Cross-board automation and data integrity.

Executive ReportingProduce weekly executive dashboards covering:

- Company priorities and task completion.
- Risks and delayed items.
- Sales pipeline execution.
- Marketing execution.
- Delivery health.
- AI automation impact.
- Resource utilization.

Process ImprovementContinuously improve company operations using AI, automation, and analytics. Standardize what works through SOPs, templates, and workflow redesign.

Required Experience

- 8 to 15 years in Business Operations, PMO, Strategy Execution, or Program Leadership.
- Proven record building operational systems inside a technology company.
- Deep hands-on experience with Monday.com or an equivalent work management platform.
- Robust working knowledge of AI productivity tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Comfort working across engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

Preferred Tooling Experience
