As a Workday Core HCM - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital to provide strategic insights and support, helping clients optimize their human capital management systems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement in Workday Human Capital Management systems




- Collaborating with clients to understand their human resources needs and translating them into Workday solutions
- Leading the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights for workforce planning and talent management
- Managing project timelines and budgets to deliver Workday solutions on schedule and within scope
- Supporting change management initiatives by developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and adoption of new systems
- Conducting business analysis to align Workday functionalities with organizational goals and objectives
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on Workday best practices and methodologies
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on Workday advancements and industry trends
- Building and maintaining robust client relationships to foster trust and collaboration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating analytical thinking in Human Capital Management solutions
