JOB SUMMARY
Operative is a fast-growing global software company supporting
broadcast and media organizations worldwide. We are looking for
a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide
end-user support across hardware, software, and identity
systems. The role involves managing devices via Microsoft Intune,
supporting enterprise applications, and ensuring a seamless IT
experience for employees globally.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM)
Strong knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Admin Suite
Experience with OKTA (SSO, MFA, Identity Management)
Proficiency in Windows & macOS support




Solid experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
Strong end-user support (L1/L2) experience
Experience in user onboarding & offboarding lifecycle
Ability to handle hardware support (laptops, peripherals)
Experience in incident handling and escalations

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of Power Automate / workflow automation
Exposure to Zoom or video conferencing tools
Experience with IT vendor management and procurement
processes
Understanding of IT Security policies and compliance
frameworks
Familiarity with access control systems.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5+ years in IT Support / Desktop Support / End-User
Computing
Experience working in enterprise or global environment
Exposure to escalation handling (L2/L3)
Experience supporting remote and onsite users
