Job Description:
The Program Manager for Components & Sub-Systems is responsible for the full execution and delivery of a defined portion of a Fluence product or program — such as a hardware component, subsystem, software module, or technical workstream. This role ensures that assigned scope meets all requirements for timing, quality, cost, and readiness before integration into the broader program.

This position requires robust leadership, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution.



Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to independently drive outcomes within their scope while collaborating closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and the Senior Program Manager. This role carries full accountability for execution of the assigned subsystem, including timing, quality, and readiness for integration into the full program. This role may include ownership of a software-focused workstream, requiring close coordination with software engineering teams to ensure integration readiness, testing coverage, and software release alignment.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for an assigned component, subsystem, or workstream, from requirements alignment through production launch readiness.
- Develop and manage the detailed program plan for owned scope, including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
