This is an opportunity for an early-career software developer to build and maintain web applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
You’ll collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
The role combines backend development with frontend work, giving you exposure to technologies such as Vue.js, JavaScript, and SASS/CSS.
You’ll also work with cloud deployment, version control, and modern software engineering practices in a remote environment.
Your contributions will directly support the delivery and continuous improvement of business-critical applications.
You’ll participate in code reviews, collaborate with other developers, and contribute ideas that improve development processes.

Accountabilities




- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop Ruby scripts and applications aligned with business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, productive, and scalable code using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Deploy and manage applications using Heroku and support reliable cloud-based application operations.
- Follow Git version-control best practices and collaborate effectively within a development team.
- Create and maintain SASS/CSS stylesheets to deliver consistent, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Apply common software engineering design patterns and development principles to produce high-quality, scalable solutions.
