Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Chef de Partie – Bakery for leading hospitality establishments in Qatar and Saudi Arabia (KSA). This is an excellent opportunity for skilled bakery professionals seeking international exposure and career growth in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty bakery products according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage daily operations of the bakery section and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and portion control
- Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and minimize wastage
- Maintain strict hygiene,



food safety, and HACCP compliance standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in bakery techniques and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and new product innovation

Salary: 89000 Per Month/ 9900 (Food Allowance)

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie – Bakery or in a similar role

Only Muslim and Christian candidates can apply
Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production techniques

Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and capable of working extended hours when required

Age below 33 years
