What we don't have is a single owner of the revenue engine: someone who understands what we sell, builds the pipeline machinery to put it in front of the right buyers, and improves it weekly without being told to.
You are not managing an agency or executing someone else's calendar. You are designing the ICP, the campaigns, the automation, and the reporting - and you are personally in the tools doing the work.Responsibilities
- Build and refine the ICP across cloud, cybersecurity, and networking segments - grounded in real account and buyer research, not assumptions.
- Own outbound end to end: account research, list building, sequence design, copy, and execution across LinkedIn and email.
- Own inbound: landing pages, lead magnets, campaign strategy, and the nurture flows that convert interest into pipeline.
- Build and maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth - workflows, lifecycle stages, attribution, CRM hygiene.
