Role Overview

The Manager – Human Resources & Administration will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, administration, employee engagement, and workplace discipline . This role will support the organization in building strong people systems, company culture, operational discipline, and administrative efficiency while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Coordinate hiring requirements across departments and outlets

· Build and manage relationships with consultants, agencies, and hiring sources

· Support manpower planning and timely closure of positions

· Maintain candidate databases for future expansion

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

· Ensure smooth onboarding process for all current hires

· Prepare offer letters, joining documents, employee files, and induction material

· Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities

· Ensure all joining protocols and documentation are completed before onboarding

3. HR Operations & Compliance





· Maintain attendance, leave records, employee documentation, HR systems and Staff grooming

· Monitor workplace discipline, grooming, attendance, and office protocols

· Support payroll inputs, employee records, and statutory compliance

· Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes

4. Culture & Employee Engagement

· Support management in building a positive and performance-driven culture

· Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and communication activities

· Address employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace relationships

· Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork

5. Training Coordination

· Coordinate training schedules and employee development initiatives

· Track employee training completion and onboarding readiness

· Support induction and refresher training programs

6. Administration & Office Management

· Manage office administration, facility read
