Summary:

As a Google Cloud AI Trainer, you will lead and deliver enterprise-scale technical enablement programs across Google Cloud Core, Google Cloud Data, and Google Cloud AI domains. Your typical day will involve delivering instructor-led training, designing hands-on labs, developing certification-focused learning paths, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive cloud capability development. You will engage with learners, clients,



and internal teams to ensure training programs align with business goals and industry best practices. Your role will require a proactive approach to curriculum development, learner engagement, mentorship, and continuous innovation to support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage training programs to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Responsible for training delivery quality, learner engagement, and certification readiness.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions related to cloud capability development.
Provide solutions to technical and learning challenges for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions across Google Cloud Core, Data, and AI domains.
Design and maintain hands-on labs, capstone projects, and certification-aligned assessments.
