About the Role

We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Content Marketing & Communications Specialist to help shape the voice of Augmented Systems.

Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content and managing communications that strengthen our brand, support business growth, and position the company as a trusted technology partner.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and business stakeholders to develop compelling content across websites, marketing campaigns, public relations, employer branding, customer communications, and sales enablement.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing.
- Experience in website content development and business writing.
- Knowledge of PR,



award submissions and corporate communications.
- Understanding of employer branding, customer communications and internal communications.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and email marketing.

Mandatory
- 2–4 years of experience in an IT/Software/Technology company. Working in Australian Target Marketing is added advantage.
- Excellent written English and business communication skills.
- Experience in PR, Award Submissions, Employer Branding, Customer Communications and Internal Communications.
- Portfolio of published articles, website content, case studies or marketing content is mandatory.
- Comfortable working with external SEO and PPC agencies to support integrated marketing campaigns.
