This role is pivotal in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions that support the organization's Human Resources (HR) functions globally. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR systems, a proven track record of leading development teams, and experience architecting solutions that integrate custom applications with SaaS platforms.
As the Senior Software Architect, you will define the technical strategy,



lead the development of scalable and secure systems, and ensure alignment with global HR requirements. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing team workplace, creating technical roadmaps, and driving the vision and strategic planning for HR technology solutions.

Solution Architecture
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture for HR systems, leveraging AWS infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
