Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R&D; Program Management professional with proven experience across API, Finished Dosage Form (FDF), and CDMO/CMO operations. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer programs, robust cross-functional coordination, and timely execution from development through commercialization, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in CDMO/CMO project or program management.
- Understanding of global regulatory expectations (USFDA, EMA, etc.)
- Create comprehensive project plans and a clear alignment with the stakeholders.




- Lead and coordinate project team members and resources to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed on time in full.
- Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:
- M.Sc. / M. Pharm / PhD / B. Pharm / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in Pharma R&D; / CDMO / CMO (API & FDF).
- Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) is an added advantage.
