As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and enhance ITSM processes including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset
Management, and Service Catalog and more, based on business
requirements.
- Creating and maintain workflows, business rules, UI
policies, and other platform elements.
- Developing and maintain scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow's functionality and integrate with other systems.
- Collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Creating detailed technical documentation and specifications for proposed solutions.
