About the role
The HR Business Partner (Corporate Functions) will lead and drive the people strategy for 2–3 corporate functions with significant footprint in India. This role is a key member of both the India HR Leadership Team and the Hyderabad Hub Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will work closely with business leaders to build an inclusive, high-performance culture, develop relevant HR policies and programs aligned to business priorities, and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- The role requires strong operational HR expertise,
strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across global and local stakeholders.

- Collaborates with business unit, department, and functional leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results.
- Implements human resources strategies focused on increasing employee engagement and retention rates.
- Manages employee resource utilization across assigned HR activities and client groups.
- Initiates and champions continuous improvement/lean initiatives for an assigned HR group to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources management.
- Compiles, analyzes and reports Human Resources metrics to an assigned HR team to ensure that business unit or department objectives are met.
