About the Role

As an Actuarial Analyst within Swiss Re's Actuarial Services Unit (ASU), you will play a key role in supporting actuarial pricing analytics and regulatory rate compliance for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' North American product offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare state-specific rate filings in accordance with state regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission




- Automate processes and workflows to simplify tasks, reduce manual effort, and drive continuous operational improvements
- Perform actuarial pricing tasks including rate reviews and rate impact analyses as part of well-defined, structured processes
- Conduct compliance audits to validate that rates being charged by the business align with filed and approved rates
- Investigate and resolve data issues, applying technical knowledge and process skills to reconcile discrepancies and develop effective solutions
- Support actuarial analytics projects such as competitor analysis, evaluating company rating factors and benchmarking premium, loss, and expense data against key market competitors
- Ensure operations align with internal guidelines and best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
