Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive POS & CRM Executive to manage, support, and maintain the Wondersoft POS application and OptCulture CRM platform across retail stores. The role involves day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting POS issues, managing customer loyalty programs, coordinating with store teams, and ensuring seamless integration between POS, ERP, and CRM systems.





Key Responsibilities Wondersoft POS

· Provide Level-1 and Level-2 support for Wondersoft POS.

· Configure POS terminals, users, billing counters, and permissions.

· Resolve billing, inventory, pricing, barcode, payment, and synchronization issues.

· Monitor POS data synchronization with ERP and Head Office.

· Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, patches, and software upgrades.

· Test and validate new POS features before deployment.

· Train store staff on POS operations and best practices.

· Support new store openings, POS installation, and system configuration.

CRM

· Manage customer loyalty and membership programs.

· Configure promotional campaigns, coupons, gift vouchers, and reward points.

· Monitor customer enrollment and loyalty transactions.

· Execute SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and promotional campaigns.
