Key Responsibilities

* Team Lead, People Manager, accountable for team performance in procurement
* Responsible to conduct Daily,weekly and Monthly review on Material
availability
* Purchasing all kind of parts like Chassis, Bracket, Stamping ,Busbar and
battery parts from domestic vendor
* Planning and control towards no premium freight
* To ensure suppliers capacity and capability to meet production demand
* Review the critical supplier and drive preventive action plan
* To drive improvements in Various aspect of the supply chain - OTD,
Inventory management, lead time reduction and cost saving
* Work with quality team to continue improve the supplier quality performance
* Handling ECN changes, BOM changes,



coordination with design team and
engineering team
* Preparing the MIS report and analysis to the management
* Ensures compliance's, safety standard and sustainability with company

Ideal Candidate

* Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering or Supply chain Management is
preferred
* 10 - 15 years of solid experience in supply chain
* Has extensive experience interfacing with strategic suppliers and managing
relationships
* SAP knowledge is mandatory
* Excellent communication skills and people skills
