Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for in office after-sales support for customers in the US region;
Handle on-site equipment problems, follow up until problems are solved, and put forward improvement suggestions;
Provide customers with training on equipment operation and maintenance;
Complete other work assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements




Able to conduct daily communication in English;
Prior experience in the equipment industry is preferred, unified training will be provided by the company;
Strong communication skills with customer service awareness;
Accept medium-to-long-term business travel and on-site assignment in the United States.
