n Moori Interiors is an Interior and Product design studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
n Role & Responsibilities
n This is a full time, on-site role for a Design Head, based in Bangalore, India.
n n Lead end-to-end design for luxury residential projects (villas, penthouses, HNI homes) and F&B; spaces (restaurants, lounges, cafes)
n Build the India design team hire, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 designers in Year 1
n Acquire and manage relationships with HNI clients and F&B; brand owners in Bangalore and South India
n Translate Moori's Dubai design language into the Indian context while maintaining brand standards
n Own project delivery timelines, vendor coordination,

n Present concepts and pitches to prospective clients; represent Moori at industry events
n n Preferred candidate profile
n • 8–12 years in interior design with a strong portfolio in luxury residential AND F&B;
n • Proven experience managing a design team (3+ people)
n • Track record of independently acquiring or growing a high-end client base
n • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray (or equivalent)
n • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
