The company produces classic jackets, flight satin bombers, and utilitarian outerwear featuring signature logo chest pockets. Members Only® Collection offers a modern street smart collection of well-fitting outerwear for men & women who value style and technical fabric innovation.

n Roles & Responsibilities :-

n n Come up with creative design concepts for various assets, including print materials, digital content, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
n A deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and challenges within the Ecommerce sector is vital.
n Experience in the E-commerce industry with a foundational understanding of UX principles.
n Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand the need.
n Ability to address complex business challenges, user flows, and data-driven decision-making processes.
n Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide and refine design choices.




n Knowledge of prototyping and usability testing methods is essential prior to final implementation.
n Hands-on experience with leading design tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, particularly in the Ecommerce context.
n Strong verbal and visual communication skills are necessary to present design ideas and gather constructive feedback.

n Qualifications & Skills -
n
n n Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in any of these disciplines - Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Strategy or any other such Design Discipline.
n Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic designer.
n Worked in an Ecommerce company and should have basic knowledge of UX.
n Zeal to keep learning, experimenting & and trying something current.
n Creative thinker & with excellent time management and outstanding interpersonal skills.
n Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
n Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
n Open to receiving feedback and criticism, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
