About the Role:
- You will perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with defined quality standards.
- You will execute test plans and validate exam content by utilizing internal applications, XML/HTML-based tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting systems to identify, document, and track quality issues.
- You will conduct comprehensive testing of exam functionality, navigation, scoring, and user experience, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and are ready for successful deployment.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality concerns, provide detailed feedback, and support the timely resolution of defects while maintaining accurate project doc
