Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Optoelectronics Engineer to support the development, testing, integration, troubleshooting and improvement of optoelectronic and optical communication projects.

The candidate should have a sound fundamental understanding of optoelectronics, along with practical exposure to testing, validation, troubleshooting and system upgrades.

The role requires a hands-on and adaptable professional who can quickly understand new technologies and systems, learn new concepts,



take ownership of assigned projects and contribute effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, integration, and continuous improvement of optoelectronic and optical communication systems, including upgrading and modifying existing setups to enhance performance and reliability.
- Conduct testing, fault identification, and performance analysis, utilizing results to resolve technical issues and identify areas for system enhancement during implementation.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate electro-optical components to support laboratory experiments, system validation, technology demonstrations, and field deployments.
- Adapt to current technologies and work closely with multidisciplinary R&D; teams to take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables within defined timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, test reports, observations, and regular project updates.
