The Regional Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager is responsible for overseeing the F&B; operations across multiple locations within a defined region. - Standardize operational procedures across all locations to ensure consistency in food quality, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational targets.
- Collaborate with local F&B; managers to streamline processes, solve operational challenges, and optimize performance.

Staff Leadership & Development:




- Lead and mentor F&B; managers at each location, providing guidance, coaching, and career development.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of local F&B; teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to improve team skills, with a focus on leadership, customer service, and operational knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork across regional F&B; teams.
- Conduct regular visits to each location to provide support, evaluate team performance, and ensure company culture is upheld.
