- Provide technical leadership across engineering teams while remaining sufficiently hands-on to guide complex technical decisions and architectural direction.
- Design and scale high-performance systems using appropriate patterns for distributed architectures, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and asynchronous processing.
- Own and influence technology strategy, architectural decisions, engineering standards, and technology adoption while balancing scalability, performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear technical plans, architecture, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Champion AI-first software development by integrating LLMs and AI-powered tools into requirements analysis, architecture, coding, modernization, testing, debugging, documentation, reviews, and knowledge discovery.
