Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manager with expertise in WFM to join the Human Capital Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization.
The individual will support WFM client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an prospect to work across several projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of the WFM. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Support client projects by leveraging deep knowledge and understanding of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling and other components of Workforce management processes and systems.
• Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Work Force Management; take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global WFM client challenges
• Work on client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs,



timeliness, and accuracy of content.
• Lead teams in full life cycle activities for WFM systems (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration and Postproduction Support).
• Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the WFM domain.
• Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance WFM offering within the practice.
• Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts.
• Perform role of counsellor and coach; define and set goals; conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing development of the team.
