We are hiring a Forward-Deployed Engineer Lead for Infrastructure Services to work directly with enterprise clients and transform legacy infrastructure support into measurable, agentic, software-defined outcomes.

In this role, you will identify high-value operational challenges, translate them into Outcome-Driven Models (ODMs), validate solutions through design-partner sprints, and convert proven outcomes into scalable services. You will operate at the intersection of infrastructure services, AI-assisted operations, product and offer management, and commercial value creation.



As infrastructure becomes a critical business control system in the AI era, your work will directly influence resilience, risk reduction, cost optimization, capital efficiency, workforce productivity, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Engagement with Client executives and IT leaders to understand current operations.
- Own end-to-end outcome definition, prioritization, delivery path, and measurable impact for each transformation
engagement.
- Lead Sprint execution along with Platform engineer and AI Engineering specialist.
- ​ Translate proven outcomes into outcome-based contract proposals in partnership with Account and Sales teams.

Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of overall qualified experience in infrastructure services, managed services, enterprise technology, consulting, product management or transformation roles.
- Minimum 3 years in a role with direct product, offer or outcome-road
