Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment - Design scalable and high-performance applications and systems - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely delivery - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards - Mentor and guide developers and junior team members - Manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies - Ensure adherence to security, performance,
