Role of a Team Leader

As a Team Leader within the Global IT Hub in Pune, India, you will spearhead our product teams to deliver innovative, high-impact software projects that drive the organization's digital transformation initiatives. Your leadership will be essential to nurtur e a culture of excellence, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a relentless focus on quality.

Your mission is to champion the adoption of modern application technologies and Agile methodologies,



guiding your team through the complete software development lifecycle—from conceptual design to deployment and ongoing support. Leveraging your expertise in full-stack development and Microsoft ecosystem integrations, you will ensure scalable and secure enterprise solutions that meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs and actionable development plans.
