The Learning Content Design & Curation role is responsible for enabling high-quality, learner-centric capability building through the design, curation, and continuous optimization of skills-based learning pathways within the L&D; ecosystem.This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning content across platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning standards, governance, and business priorities. Working closely with Skills & Learning Consultants, Content Development, and Learning Operations teams, the incumbent will ensure that learning pathways are relevant, accessible, and drive measurable learner adoption and performance outcomes.
The role requires a robust balance of instructional design, content curation expertise, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and maximizing the value of enterprise learning platforms (e.g., learning experience platforms (LXP) and related learning systems such as Degreed or similar).

Learning Pathway Design & Content Curation
- Design, curate,
and maintain skills-based learning pathways aligned to enterprise capability frameworks and business priorities.
- Manage a pool of resources supporting content curation and pathway development across learning experience platforms (LXP) and related learning systems.
