Project Planning & Execution
- Collect, analyze, and understand project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including:
- Project scope
- Objectives
- Deliverables
- Key milestones
- Timelines and schedules
- Resource allocation
- Project dashboards and reporting
- Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.
- Communicate project status, requirements, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project planning, review, and status meetings.
- Ensure explicit documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Content Mapping & Client Portal Management
- Maintain and manage project-related content within the Client Portal.
- Map project deliverables, documentation, workflows, timelines, and resources accurately in the portal.




- Ensure content structure, navigation, and accessibility support stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep portal content updated and aligned with project milestones.
- Monitor content completeness, accuracy, and governance standards within the portal.
- Support implementation of best practices for project documentation, content organization, and knowledge management.

Project Financial & Risk Management
- Analyze project cost structures and identify significant variances from approved budgets.
- Evaluate project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Define potential problems and recommend alternatives considering costs, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Track project performance metrics and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
