n Role Overview
n We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and build long-term client relationships.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
n Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverables
n Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution
n Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
n Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
n Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports
n Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growth




n Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and execution
n Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
n Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managers
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n 3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred)
n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
n Good understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflows
n Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
