Description
As an AES - DE - Agile - Azure DevOps ALM Tool expert, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient development and deployment processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining code deployment, enhancing data security, and optimizing our engineering tools and systems. With your knowledge of Azure and DevOps tools, you will lead the way in automating and improving our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, coordinating with the development team for efficient code deployment.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated software delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to improve engineering tools, systems, and data security practices.
- Utilize Azure cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades, fixes, and new features.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure architecture advancements and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in data security and privacy.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of DevOps processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to the team's success.




- Continuously seek opportunities to automate and optimize our software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture, with expertise in AzureDevOps (ADO) and Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
- Experience with Automated Build Testing, Pipeline Templates, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Storage Manager (Blob), and Git Repositories.
- Proficiency in Terraform, IAC Pipelines, YAML, and Powershell scripting for automation.
- Hands-on experience in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment is a must.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of troubleshooting complex issues.
- Experience with Visual Studio Team Services and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in software development and deployment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for technology, a desire to stay updated with industry trends, and a commitment to continuous learning.
