Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations within our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all residential and common areas, contributing to an exceptional living experience for our tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Provide clear direction and expectations to housekeeping staff to ensure consistent service quality.

- Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with vendors to source quality cleaning supplies within budget constraints.

- Budget Oversight:

- Assist in the development of the housekeeping budget and manage expenses to meet financial objectives.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

- Communication:

- Communicate effectively with property management and other relevant stakeholders to address housekeeping-related issues and concerns.
- Maintain open lines of communication with tenants to address specific cleaning requests or concerns.

- Training and Development:

- Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and career development within the housekeeping team.

- Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.

- Guest Services:

- Coordinate housekeeping services for special events or guest accommodations.
- Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.

- Recordkeeping:

- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and inventory levels.
- Generate regular reports on housekeeping performance and present findings to management.
