About the Role

KA Preps, an international education brand specialising in Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels and IB academic support, is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Understand the student's curriculum, grade, subjects, academic performance, exam timeline, and learning requirements
• Conduct structured counselling sessions with parents and students
• Explain Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB requirements in a simple manner
• Recommend suitable programs based on student needs
• Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding
• Follow up consistently with qualified leads
• Handle objections related to fees,



timing, program suitability, and competition
• Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments
• Communicate academic feedback professionally to parents
• Maintain accurate CRM records and admissions reports
• Coordinate with academic teams for student-program matching

?️ Requirements

✅ 2–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student enrolment, or consultative sales
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Proven ability to handle parents and students professionally
✅ Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics
✅ Good knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools
✅ Willingness to work on-site in PCMC, Pune
