Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 1.8 year of hands-on experience in the US or UK Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from customers.
- Assisting customers in finding resolutions on customer query/issues/concerns
- Helping customers understand our products, navigate the application process, and move confidently through each step of their experience.
- Manage customer expectations on timeline and resolution. Find best solutions to ensure customer requirements are met
- Treat customers in a consistent, courteous, and productive manner according to quality monitoring guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of US Mortgage application process would be preferred
- Minimum 18 months of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong verbal communication with clear, confident US‑customer interaction skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Support roles is preferred
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage pressure situations and time‑sensitive escalations
- Coaching and mentoring mindset
