? 4–6 years of experience in Banking/NBFC application testing with expertise in MSME Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS).
? Responsible for requirement analysis, test planning, test case preparation, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support.
? Experience in testing MSME loan journeys including customer onboarding, application sourcing, credit assessment, document verification, sanction, disbursement, repayment, collections, and closure processes.
? Strong knowledge of functional, integration, API, database, and end-to-end testing.
? Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
? Ability to coordinate with Business, Product, Development, and UAT teams to ensure quality delivery within project timelines.
? Banking domain experience with a robust understanding of lending processes and regulatory compliance is preferred.
