Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Shift Allowance (as applicable)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Process Analyst to support insurance-related back-office operations. This role involves processing documents, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams while ensuring accuracy and quality in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify insurance-related documents accurately.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Perform endorsement processing and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, graphs, and charts using MS Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of processed data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related queries.
- Develop knowledge of insurance and underwriting processes.
- Work independently while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Non-Technical).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Positive analytical, editing, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Total Service Agreement: 2 Years
- If an employee resigns within 2 years, a 3-month notice period is mandatory.
- After completing 2 years, the notice period will be 1 month.
