Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in UAE/GCC recruitment to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple UAE mandates, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely closures while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for UAE positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf and internal databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on UAE job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with UAE clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollout, documentation, visa process (where applicable), and joining.
- Understand client requirements, UAE job market trends, and hiring expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various UAE industries.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, ATS, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in UAE/GCC recruitment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn , Naukrigulf, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of UAE hiring practices, job market, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace and manage multiple open positions.

Additional Requirements (Remote Role)

- Stable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop.
- Good time management and ability to achieve hiring targets.
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Flexible to coordinate with UAE business hours whenever required.

Preferred Profile

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy handling UAE/GCC mandates will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to hiring across industries such as Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, IT, Manufacturing, or FMCG will be preferred.
