Key Roles &Responsibilities;

- Invoice Processing: Generate and verify invoices for the Trade Credit portfolio ina timelyandaccuratemanner.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare andmaintainMIS reports for the Trade Credit and Surety portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Renewal Management: Track and update policy renewals for Trade Credit; follow up with clients for instalment payments and required documentation.
- Claims Operations: Support the claim recovery process,maintainproper documentation, and ensure records are updated andaudit ready.
- Bond Issuance: Coordinate issuance of bonds, including preparation of required documents and system updates.
- Prudential Limits Monitoring: Perform checks to ensure prudential limits are adhered to and flag any deviations to the relevant stakeholders.

- Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;

- 2 to 6 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably within Specialty Lines such as Trade Credit, Surety, Bonds, or Financial Lines.
- Exposure to invoice processing, MIS reporting, policy servicing, or claims administration is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with financial and operational data.
- Proficiencyin MS Excel, data handling, and basic reporting tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards preferred).
- Valuable communicationand stakeholder?coordination skills for working with underwriters, finance teams, brokers, and clients.
