Role Overview

The Delivery Manager will own the complete delivery lifecycle for strategic customer accounts by ensuring timely fulfillment of technical hiring requirements while maintaining high quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end delivery for strategic staffing accounts.
- Lead engineering and technology hiring.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and delivery governance.
- Lead recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Manage customer stakeholders and governance meetings.
- Improve sourcing, submissions, interview scheduling, offer joining, and recruiter productivity.
- Delivery planning, process excellence, reporting, compliance, and onboarding coordination.
