About the Role
Republic Digital is looking for an experienced

Digital Sales Leader

with

14+ years of experience

to drive the Digital Sales business across the

West Region .
The role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, established relationships with agencies and advertisers, and a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive

digital sales revenue and business growth across the West Region .
Build and strengthen relationships with

key agencies, advertisers, and brands .
Drive sales across

Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, Branded Content, and integrated digital solutions .
Identify recent business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts.
Develop innovative, customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.
Track market trends, competition, and digital advertising opportunities to strengthen Republic's market position.
Collaborate with Business, Editorial, Marketing,



Product, and Broadcast teams for integrated solutions and campaign execution.

What We're Looking For
14+ years of experience

in Digital Sales / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.
Strong experience handling the

West Region , preferably Mumbai and surrounding markets.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic client relationships.
Strong understanding of

Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, and digital advertising .
Experience in

news media, digital publishing, or content platforms

preferred.
Experience with

News Experiences

will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business-development skills.
