Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Sewing Trainees to join our production team. The trainee will learn industrial sewing techniques, machine operation, garment construction, quality standards, and workplace safety under the guidance of experienced supervisors and operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
- Assist in stitching and assembling garment components as per production requirements.
- Follow sewing instructions, samples, specifications, and production targets.
- Maintain proper stitching quality and identify basic sewing defects.
- Learn different sewing operations and machine settings.
- Handle fabrics and garment components carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the workstation.
- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.




- Support sewing operators and supervisors as required.
- Develop skills to independently perform assigned sewing operations.

Requirements
- Minimum education: 8th / 10th / 12th standard or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome; prior tailoring or sewing experience is an advantage.
- Basic interest in garment manufacturing and sewing.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
