Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed contract manufacturer and trader of TMT bars, for the position of Sales Executive — TMT Bars based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of TMT bars to builders, contractors, distributors, and ongoing project sites across Mumbai.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, order closure, and payment collections.
- Build and nurture a solid distributor/retailer network to consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming project pipelines; maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Liaise with supply chain and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in TMT bars/long steel product sales, with an established Mumbai market network.
- Strong understanding of steel grades, diameters, pricing structures, and delivery logistics.




- Target-driven with excellent persuasive communication and relationship-management skills.

Education

Graduate (any stream); MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferred.
