As the customer-facing Financial Services team, we provide thought leadership, consulting, and technical support through designing high quality web solutions and customer advocacy.

From pre-sales through to integration and performance, you'll be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers. You'll act as a gateway to our products and platforms. You’ll be delivering technical solutions and creatively tackling challenges that have a considerable impact on high-profile customers.
As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with an integrated account team to evaluate customer web architecture, delivering the best integration solution
- Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practices, helping develop a long-term web performance and security strategy
- Advocating product and posture best practices and espousing thought leadership
- Collaborating cross-functionally to qualify requirements, manage scope, timeline, and risks deliver high-quality service and ensure customer engagement
- Partnering with Business Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and Technical Support to resolve issues and configure ongoing changes
- Identifying potential recent product/service capabilities that could benefit customers
- Participating in internal projects to contribute to best practices and to ensure continuous improvement of customer service delivery
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s
