We are looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to lead strategic enterprise AI deployments from discovery through production. You will work directly with customer executives, operators, and engineering teams to identify high-value business problems, build production-ready agentic AI solutions, and integrate our platform into real customer workflows.

This role combines hands-on software engineering, customer leadership, solution architecture, and product strategy. You will also help build the Forward Deployed Engineering function by creating reusable playbooks, mentoring engineers, and turning customer learnings into core product capabilities.

Job Responsibilities




- Lead customer discovery and translate business goals into explicit technical plans, milestones, and success metrics.
- Own strategic enterprise deployments from pilot through production, with a target deployment timeline of 30-90 days.
- Build production integrations across customer data warehouses, CRMs, identity providers, approval workflows, and internal systems.
- Develop agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows.
- Design evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, monitoring, and quality controls for customer-specific use cases.
- Manage executive and technical stakeholders, communicate risks, and lead customer enablement and change management.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to convert customer needs into reusable product features.
