Key Responsibilities

* Developing a risk-based test strategy, plan test procedures and author test
cases based on PRD, Field Failures and DFMEA documents.
* Developing and Maintaining Validation Test Plan for BMS and Battery
* Providing expertise in Functionality, Safety and regulatory compliance.
* PrioritizIing tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project
deadlines.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, component
owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance
criteria.

Ideal Candidate

* Overall 2 to 4 years of experience in the validation/testing workplace.
* Proficiency in developing detailed validation plans & reports based on




functional and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of testing and failure identification.
* Developing test setups, select instrumentation, and ensure accurate data
acquisition using tools such as PCAN, LabVIEW, or NI DAQ.
* Expertise in identifying risks in the component and feeding them to the
CFTs and also suggest mitigation plans.
* Document all test results and prepare detailed technical reports for
internal and external team reviews.
