Description
As a Territory Manager - Sales (DI) at IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to promote our Passive Networking Solutions and Rack products in the Chennai market. You will work closely with our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Business Development team to identify and target potential customers, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Passive Networking Solutions and Rack products in the Chennai market.
- Identify and target potential customers, including end-users, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.




- Collaborate with the L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Business Development team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our market position.
- Support the development and training of sales teams, ensuring a strong understanding of our products and sales processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or networking industry.
